In short: Proxmox runs the VM layer, Docker Swarm runs most applications, Ceph and Unraid provide storage, and the software stack is driven from Git where practical. Hardware, networking, rack layout, power, UPS, and generator details are consolidated into the hardware page so there is one physical source of truth.
